Kwang Cheng Co., Ltd. was established in 1955 with production plant firstly set up in Shilin district, Taipei City. At the initial stage, Kwang Cheng produced sulfuric acid and was accordingly becoming a major manufacturer in Taiwan. In 1959, in order to match up the demand of plastic processing industry development in Taiwan, Kwang Cheng further focused on the research and development in the field of professional PVC stabilizers with noticeable acquisition of success in mass production, and therefore became the first major professional PVC stabilizer manufacture in Taiwan. Starting in 1978, to further expand the production capacity, Kwang Cheng set up new production plant based in Ping Jhen Industrial Park in Taoyuan County, and has since then become the top PVC stabilizer manufacturer in Taiwan with the most well-rounded environmental protection measures as well for long term development. Besides the supply to fulfill domestic demands in Taiwan market, Kwang Cheng further exports various kinds of PVC stabilizers to well-known customers around the world. We also well cooperate with the world-leading applied technology research institute - Industrial Technology Research Institute (ITRI) – in Taiwan for the purpose of better improvement upon automation, mass production capacity and environment protection as well. To further upgrade in every aspect, Kwang Cheng also obtained the BSI certification in September 1996 and conducts ISO9001 to unsure the consistency of good management in terms of production and quality control upon all our products.
